Private Chef / Nutritionist – UHNW Private Household Riyadh, KSA

We are currently seeking an experienced Private Chef / Nutritionist for a prestigious private household based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing healthy, refined and balanced meals for Mr and Mrs, while working alongside the existing kitchen team already employed within the residence.

This position would suit a chef passionate about wellness, performance nutrition, clean eating and high-end private service, with the ability to create exceptional meals tailored to specific dietary and fitness goals.

The family is described as very pleasant and welcoming, and the household operates within a highly structured environment, supported by a full private staff team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily healthy and refined meals for the principals

• Create customised meal plans according to specific objectives, including:

  • weight management
  • muscle gain
  • diabetic-friendly diets
  • blood pressure management
  • general wellness and longevity

• Design balanced menus with a strong understanding of:

  • proteins, carbohydrates and healthy fats
  • calorie and macronutrient management
  • portion control

• Source and identify high-quality, fresh and organic ingredients

• Be able to source a wide variety of products and speciality ingredients when required

• Prepare healthy snacks, juices, smoothies and meal-prep options

• Adapt menus according to dietary restrictions, preferences and wellness goals

• Maintain impeccable kitchen organisation, hygiene and food safety standards

• Coordinate stock management, grocery shopping and ingredient sourcing

• Work collaboratively with the other chefs currently employed within the residence

Profile Required

• Proven experience as a private chef, wellness chef or nutrition-focused chef

• Strong knowledge of healthy cooking techniques and structured nutrition

• Experience preparing meals for health-conscious, wellness-focused or performance-oriented clients

• Ability to create flavourful meals while respecting strict nutritional standards

• Comfortable working within a fully staffed private household environment

• Experience with UHNW families, athletes, executives or wellness-focused clients would be highly appreciated

• International experience would be a strong advantage

• Culinary certification and/or nutrition certification preferred

• Knowledge of gluten-free, keto, diabetic-friendly, low-sodium, Mediterranean or high-protein diets would be appreciated
