EXPERIENCED LIVE-IN NANNY — FLUENT RUSSIAN REQUIRED LONG-TERM POSITION (EUROPE)

We are currently recruiting an experienced live-in nanny fluent in Russian for an international private family with an active and mobile lifestyle, primarily based in Europe (Spain).

This is a long-term position for a professional nanny who is confident, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, travel-oriented environment.

About the role

You will be responsible for the daily care of one young child (approximately 1 year old), ensuring a stable, nurturing, and well-structured routine while adapting to a flexible and evolving family schedule.

The family’s organisation may include the presence of another nanny during certain periods, depending on internal scheduling.

Main responsibilities

• Full daily care of the child

• Establishing and maintaining age-appropriate routines

• Supporting the child’s development and overall wellbeing

• Planning and organising stimulating, age-appropriate activities

• Travelling with the family when required

• Ensuring continuity of care and smooth coordination when another nanny is present

• Maintaining a safe, calm, and secure environment for the child

Working conditions

• Live-in position, with private accommodation provided

• Flexible working rhythm, defined according to the candidate’s profile and the family’s needs

• Periods of consecutive working days may be required, particularly during travel

• Rest days and time off organised in a balanced and fair manner, aligned with the family’s schedule

• Frequent travel, mainly within Europe

Profile required

• Fluent Russian speaker (mandatory)

• Proven experience as a nanny caring for infants and young children

• Previous experience in live-in roles and with mobile or international families

• Long-term, verifiable references

• High level of adaptability and strong professional reliability

• Discreet, trustworthy, and professional attitude

• High energy level and genuine commitment to the role

• Comfortable working in a high-end, international household

Contract & salary

• Long-term position

• Salary starting from €3,000 net, adjustable according to experience and overall organisation

• Valid EU documentation required
