ROTA NANNY – DUBAI

Schedule: 21 days on / 21 days off

Salary: From £4,000/month

A high-profile Russian family based in Dubai is looking for a warm, qualified, and highly experienced nanny to care for their three children (ages 11, 6, and 5) in a fully staffed household. The nanny will join a well-organized rota team of 4 nannies, with 2 on duty at all times.

Ideal Profile:

  •  Female, aged between 30 and 46

  •  Higher education (early childhood, psychology, education, etc.)

  •  Minimum 5 years of experience with HNW or UHNW families

  •  Native English or French speaker

  •  Excellent, verifiable references

  •  Exceptionally polite, well-groomed, and discreet

  •  Strong sense of manners, etiquette, and professional boundaries

  •  No use of personal phone while on duty

Main Responsibilities:

  •  Full care and daily routines for the children

  •  Planning and supervising engaging, age-appropriate activities

  •  School runs, assisting with homework

  •  Maintaining tidy and organized children’s areas

  •  Light help with breakfast and ironing of children’s clothes when needed

Conditions Offered:

  •  All flights, visa, and accommodation provided

  •  24/7 availability during working period, with downtime when children sleep

  •  Early starts: 6:00 on weekdays, 7:30 on weekends

  •  Private accommodation during shifts
